This Registry is open to all purebred Cavaliers from any registry recognized by the CKCSC, USA Inc in North America or Canada. It is our hope that this FREE service will help promote longer lived and healthier dogs by making health records openly available. It is important for the future of our breed to have participation by all owners, breeders and pet owners alike.
Once included in our Registry, your dog will always be listed. You are encouraged to update his/her Registry record if there are changes in your dog’s health.

As of 1/1/2006, all Cavaliers, including the 5+ Years Clear Heart dogs, are to use the Health Registry Application Form.
Any dog who happens to be 5 yrs of age or older with a clear heart will automatically be included on the 5+ Years Clear Heart Registry.
